Welcome to Fat2Happy! This is about setting and achieving goals in all areas of life. It’s going to track my journey from a 5’9” 250lb man with over $75000 In unsecured debt, a car loan around $21000, and about $14000 in student loans ( this does not include my mortgage or my rental property)into well ….. honestly who knows at this point. The goal is a happier, healthier, better, bad debt free husband, and father of 2 who is able to help others achieve their goals as well
A bigger breakdown down of the goals and lessons.
1. Weigh 170lbs within the next 2 years (June of 2020) and keep myself within 10% of that weight for the rest of my life
Set 6-25-18 Progress- 7/2/18- 240lbs -7/13/18- 233lbs
2. Be bad Debt free by 33 (October of 2020). Currently I have about $75000 In unsecured debt, a car loan around $21000, and about $14000 in student loans ( this does not include my mortgage or my rental property) I am currently 30 and will have no debt that is not providing me with utility or income by the age of 33 and will keep it that way into the distant future.

3. Continue to be the best husband and father I can be. This is my last goal, because I feel this is the one thing I am doing pretty well at, at this time. Don’t get me wrong I fuck up, and make mistakes everyday. That’s life though all you can do is own up when your wrong and continually strive to do/be better the next time.

4. Write a book. This will either be about how not to buy your first rental property (I’m an expert on that, it’s been a good learning experience, but a total clusterfuck at the same), or possibly goal setting/achieving.
