Day 11: A change of plans

Well the plan was to get up at 4, even though I was getting home a bit later than I would have liked. When I’m about 5 minutes from home when my wife calls to let me know my daughter is puking again. I got home about 11:55pm and am up with her until about 4 or 5 in the morning, so I have not made it to work out just yet. I ended up hanging out at home with the family all day, playing outside, and getting in a couple of naps. I will have to hit the gym tonight after the kids go to bed. I have kept up the intermittent fasting and eating better though so that is a huge advantage. I just need to take it one day at a time and not let things that get in the way stop me from making progress.

Well I made it to the gym at about 10pm. I got about 30 minutes or so on the stair stepper, couple minutes on the tread mill, and about 10 minutes of abs in. The abs were a bit pathetic, I could not do half of the exercises, but I just pushed myself and did as close to them as I could. I’ll keep pushing that way and eventually I will be able to get there, I just need to be patient. Well I’m about to shower then head off to bed. The plan is to try and get some lifting in at 5 tomorrow morning, before the family wakes up.
