Some Time at the Gym With My Wife

The morning started, really good (not early today 9:30) We got up figured out what we wanted to do today and decided we were going to go to the gym, then go pickup our kids a day early because we missed them. We are then going to take them to see incredibles 2! So needless to say I will probably be having some popcorn today for sure. My wife and I measured ourselves today too.

I don’t have any specific goals for these really, but will probably track them every month or so to see if there’s any progress. I do have a new shorter term goal though also. I would like to weigh 200lbs by the time we go on vacation the end of October.

So we got the girls and are on the way to the movie. They missed us. They are way too cute. I will maybe check in later today
